Mr. Amburgey is a graduate of the University of Florida, has been teaching for over 30 years and has been an assistant principal, principal and district director. He lives on a horse farm with his family, horses, cats and dogs. He has a wife and two children that are Gators as well. He is also is a professional singer / actor that appears throughout the southeastern United States in musicals and even had two songs chart on the national gospel music chart a few years ago with the gospel group called Reign Down.
